Mission Statement

Our mission is to help landlords maximise their rental income whilst providing quality, high value accommodation for contractors, holiday makers, and tourists.

Our Track Record

Last year in 2024 we generated approximately £550,000 in booking revenue for our clients. With an approximate average occupancy of 80% over 21 units spanning across different areas of London.

​

This year with our direct booking guest database growing, along with our management portfolio, we are targeting to double last years turnover and further increase the profitability for each one of our clients.
